There is something about Nepal that gets inside your heart, filling it with light; forever altering you. The Himalayas possess a unique ability to make you feel connected to something greater, part of an enchanting tapestry.
We crafted this expedition to offer others a taste of Nepali culture and its incomparable landscapes while helping them realize their own extraordinary potential.
Long-distance, multi-day trekking can feel intimidating for beginners. Yet, within a supportive community that genuinely believes in us, we uncover aspects of ourselves we never imagined possible.
It's not just for the elite or super fit; it's for the curious and openhearted, for those brave enough to embrace the journey

Day 1 - 3
Retreat & Preparation
Club ES Resort, Kasikot
Be welcomed at the airport before nestling into the soft landing that is ES Resort in Kasikot - a stunning, mountainous resort nestled in the foothills of the Annapurna Himalayas. The next few days you will get to know your new friends, get prepared for your trek and dive into sessions of Yoga, meditations and workshops.
Day 4 - 10
Trekking
Each day will be a new experience, with a similar schedule:
6:30am - Sunrise wake up and Yoga or see you at breakfast - up to you!
7:30am - Teahouse Breakfast, a hot cup of whatever you like (yes, there's coffee!) accompanied by Tibetan bread/ fried eggs/ cheese omelet/ pancakes or a bowl of oats, so much to choose from!
9am - Off we go! We trek anywhere from 3-6hrs a day with plenty of breaks in between including our meal and snack breaks. We will eat at our favorite, well loved local teahouses along the way
3pm - Arrival at our Teahouse/Afternoon Tea - We will arrive at a different time each day depending on the trek for that day
4pm - Afternoon Meditation - After settling in for the night we stretch out the day with some yoga.
6pm - Dinner - Each teahouse has their own specialty but you'll have plenty to choose from with Momo's (Nepali dumplings) to Traditional Tibetan bread, Dhal, curries, noodles, the list goes on!
We spend the evenings together (or time for yourself!) reflecting on the day, enjoying times by the fire.
